Valarie - You answered all the questions for a complete and thorough pitch video! Great job:) A place for the "Unschooled" is interesting though I believe education is important. There are many amazing examples of extraordinary accomplishments despite having even a highschool degree! Your idea of a tracking impact is great. What kind of courses would you teach? Keep Shining and all the best, SociaLIGHTS.

Girls - funny and entertaining video! To add to your concept, what if you got people from Clean Planet and The Nest Bakery to help plant seeds around Toronto. Also, you can approach senior citizen homes and have seniors help to plant seeds and be part of your great initiative. This would be so meaningful for them and the people whom get the benefit of City Seed Farm. A very good friend of mine is also working with UN Women here in Canada and this is her intiative http://www.artangardens.com/ - which is "Plant the Seed to Feed". You should check it out! All the best and keep shining!! SociaLIGHTS

Nadia - your love and passion is clear in your video! So wonderful to see your voice and life be used to serve & the place of where you seem to source your dream from is great - your heart! What a great sister you are! As for your business, though it is a great business model, I would hope that you could create other job opportunities other than cleaning. Not that cleaning isn't lucrative and or a great business but are there other social integration of services that can be considered? Sadly, I don't know much about autism and I think awareness is key. Create a video that gives the average general public information. What are the dreams of some of the people you work with? Is there a way to incorporate that? I love the idea of using green products and on your web-site, I think it'd be great to feature WHY you are using the products you are using - also maybe a video bio on the team that you have. I wish you all the best and just so you know, the UN is also giving $25,000 to inspiring female leaders - it's a global contest and you can apply here http://www.5minutestochangetheworld.org/about ALL the very best - Keep Shining Sister!

Donovan! Congratulations on having the courage to share your dream for the world and for being a leader in your community! 2 seeds: 1. It's Possible and 2. Action = Results. I can really see your desire to make a positive difference and to build a social business! Great social media skills getting one of the highest votes - Networking, relationships and local support are all important factors to start up success. There are 3 things that I would recommend: 1. The book: "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill, "The Power" by Rhonda Byrns, "Awaken the Giant Within" by Tony Robbins and "Rich Dad Poor Dad." I'd also watch a movie called "The Secret" if you haven't watched it already. With your non-profit, Dreams in the Air, promote your tribe to fly! Higher than ever before! Continue to stay positive and expand your leadership and growth! Get a mentor. Find someone who is doing what you want to do! One of the greatest lessons I've ever learned! Surround yourself with people that support you, are doing extraordinary things and share common values. Invest in yourself - not necessarily money, but time - take the time to learn what is out there, what funding, resources etc. reach out to different key community leaders (in government , schools, etc.) and seek to learn the biographies and stories of other successful young people:) One day, it will be your story! This is the goal of SociaLIGHT! Keep shining and all the best!
